I just wanted to make you aware that we are changing our cancellation policy from 24 hours to 48 hours.
This is because of a large amount of cancellations, no shows and rearranging appointments which then we don’t have enough time to try to fill them spaces again. As we are still recovering from Covid this is really effecting the business and that’s why we made the change.
I really hope you all understand.
